Navigational Conversations is a leadership development programme.
We provide team and community leaders with the skills to unlock the talents and problem-solving abilities of others.
This programme is for leaders, organisations, and individuals who want to:

What is the cost, and what does it cover?
$1650 plus GST for one person. Additional team members receive the discounted price of $950 plus GST.
You will receive:
Two full days (9 AM - 5 PM) of interactive, practical coaching
Morning and afternoon tea
One-hour lunch break each day
Half-day follow-up session (9:30 AM - 12:30 PM) at six weeks to discuss progress and challenges (morning tea included)
Two one-on-one telephone, zoom or face-to-face coaching sessions (one hour each) with Katherine to help you implement what you’ve learned'

Learn to recognise and reduce toxic draining patterns on your team! You’ll learn how to manage everyday stressors, set simple healthy boundaries that hold you and others accountable. With no game-playing, you will increase your confidence to achieve what you want and choose your responses even during the toughest challenges.
We’ll also work on recognising and easily handling defensive reactions during feedback. Always bring out the best in others, growing them into remarkable leaders too, plus so much more.
Duration
Take this opportunity to move ahead and stay there with our 4-phase two month programme. Our courses are now available both online and in-person, check out the calendar for more details.
Phase 1: We are working with group workshops for discovery and learning over the following two months.
Phase 2: We are following up with results-driven one2one coaching and online platform momentum to bed down these great new behaviours.
Phase 3: We get together again for more group workshops to dive deeper into knowledge and new behaviours.
Phase 4: We are embedding key behaviours and knowledge with a follow-up online group session.
On top of this, you will have time between sessions to practice all you learn – giving time to reflect, drive and assess progress.
